Adam & Eve affiliates enjoy competitive commission rates, earning at least 20% on sales generated through their own links, plus a $1.00 reward for every new, unique customer who registers on our site and makes a purchase. Affiliates also earn bonus commissions for future purchases their customers make, $5.00 for every new affiliate they refer to our program, and 5% of that affiliate's commissions.

Commissions are earned on all web sales made by your customers, and you may retain customers for life. Your affiliate ID is attached to the customer login, so the site will recognize them as your customer when they log in to make a purchase. We do not use cookies to retain affiliate information for each customer.

We pay commissions to affiliates monthly. The minimum to balance to receive a check from us is $25.00 in commissions during a calendar month. If you earn less than $25.00, your commissions carry forward until you have earned the minimum for payout. Commission checks for U.S. affiliates should be dispatched to you approximately 3 weeks after the close of each calendar month. We do not currently offer electronic payment options.

Some webmasters prefer to have multiple affiliate accounts to track different promotions on their site. Our program supports custom campaigns within your account, so it is no longer necessary to maintain multiple affiliate accounts to run campaigns. If you need to set up multiple accounts, contact us at affiliate@adameve.com and we will help you. Be advised that we cannot conglomerate sales across multiple affiliate accounts to meet your minimum for pay-out. Webmasters with multiple affiliate accounts who have earned the monthly minimum commission for pay-out will be paid on the same check.

We offer free registration, which allows your customers to see all the adult images on our site. Registration is required when they place an order. The on-site free registration collects the customer's address for our e-mail program, and their mailing address for catalog and package delivery, along with specific permission to e-mail to the customer at their preferred address. You will be paid $1.00 for each unique new customer not already registered on the site who signs up through your affiliate links, if they make a purchase from us within 30 days of registering. Our program does not pay for e-mail addresses alone. As above with merchandise sales commissions, not all affiliates are paid at the same rate for catalog signups.

We synchronize sales data from the websites to our mainframe twice daily, at approximately 5:00am and 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time. During the synch, we will post all commissions earned on shipped merchandise and new customer/ approved new affiliate signups.

We post commissions on items as they are shipped out of the warehouse rather than at the time an order is placed to prevent chargebacks to our affiliates. As soon as the merchandise leaves the warehouse, we credit your affiliate account with the commission. This insures that you won't see chargebacks on your account for cancelled or fraudulent orders, or incorrect credit card information. We have collected the money for the order at the time we post the commission to your account.

When shipping orders, your affiliate account is credited for each item on the order individually, rather than for the whole order at once. That way, if your customer orders multiple items and one is out of stock or being shipped in a separate package, we don't hold your commissions any longer than necessary. We will credit your account for the items that ship, and then post the remaining commissions as the remaining items ship.

Since new customer signups and referred webmaster commissions do not go through our package shipping system, those commissions will appear on your account with the next posting.

New webmaster referrals are paid after their site is reviewed and they are approved for our program. We do not pay for referred webmasters whose applications are rejected.

Except during high-volume holiday periods, our warehouse ships packages Monday through Friday. Even though you may see some new customer signups hitting your commission report over the weekend, you won't see many merchandise shipments posted to your account. Web orders that come in over the weekend usually post in your Monday and Tuesday commissions as the orders leave the warehouse. Over time you may notice an increase in your early-week sales because of this.

While it's true that we do not pay commissions on our free products (20% of $0 = $0) we have great success with using our free DVD and Sex Toys promotions as a means of introducing new customers to Adam & Eve. Our free product offer links make it possible for your customer to continue shopping after they select their free gift, and most do. You earn commissions on all the other products that your customer purchases, along with their free product offer. Orders that include the free promotional item and no other items will not show up on your account. We removed the $0 dollar commissions from the sales report to avoid confusion. Any free items that are included in a customer's order (Gift With Purchase) will not appear on your commission report, since you don't earn commissions on free products.

We are always looking for promotional opportunities that will make our webmaster affiliates more successful. Our marketing tools also include the ability to link to any product within our site, or to build a search results page of products that are relevant to your niche/market.

We have hundreds of banners ready to go on your site, pre-populated with your affiliate link info and hosted on our servers. You may also save the banners to your hard drive and use any of our available affiliate links. You can use our product images on your site if you are promoting the same item, and link back to AdamEve.com via your affiliate account. Do not use explicit images on any website that is not behind some type of age check (see our Terms and Conditions for more details). You may only use Adam & Eve product images or logos with our permission. You may never use them for TGP, gallery images or e-mails.

You can now build your customer Adam & Eve store for use in your webmaster promotions. You can either link directly to your custom store or you can redirect your domain to the store link for easier promotion. Webmasters have the option of the major types of merchandise sold in the store, either a full Adam & Eve store, Video product only, or all products except Video. You have font and color choices, as well as the option to hot-link to a main store banner of your choice. All sales from customer stores go through the same Adam & Eve checkout process and pay commissions through the same process mentioned above for the adameve.com site.

Our Terms and Conditions for webmasters specifically prohibit using the Adam & Eve name or promotion of our products via e-mail. Violation will result in immediate removal from the program, and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commissions.

If you have your own website (e.g. http://www.johndoes-sextoys.com) and have placed our banners there, you are more than welcome to utilize pay-per-click advertising; however, those who are using the Build Your Own Store feature may not use their Build Your Own Store URL in paid search (e.g. http://johndoessextoys.adameve.com). You also may not link directly to AdamEve.com using affiliate links through PaidSearch.
